Pescador Public Strategies, LLC, is a marketing and branding firm dedicated to working with progressive/democratic candidates and causes. The firm applies marketing and brand development principles to position candidates and activate voters. Our team has extensive experience marketing to ethnic segments allowing us to address unmet needs, including creating insight driven messages and creating an emotional connection. Pescador’s approach includes three components – engage, educate and motivate. The three components are symbiotic. You cannot motivate someone without first engaging and educating them. Our DNA is based on our understanding and connection with Latinos across the U.S.
Headquartered in San Antonio, Texas PPS was co-founded by marketing and political professionals Laura Hernandez and Ernest Bromley, who are working to change who turns out to vote leveraging their keen understanding of Hispanics in the U.S.

Principal owner of Pescador, has a 29-year professional career building some of the country’s most iconic brands, as well as a lifetime of directing social issues for the advancement of women and Hispanics.

ERNEST BROMLEY

Former Chairman/CEO of Bromley Communications, LLC, as part of the original team that founded the agency in 1981, Ernest was instrumental in developing the agency’s research and Hispanic marketing strategy through its Cultural Influence Groups®.
